Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you order and not to misuse the website, for example by attempting fraud or interfering with its security.
Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on your screen, and sizes can vary slightly between batches. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Our shapewear is a clothing product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have any health questions, ask your healthcare provider before wearing shapewear, and stop wearing it if it causes pain or discomfort.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. Prices can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
Shipping and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy, and refunds, exchanges and our 90-day guarantee in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to Sycario or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
