Free worldwide shipping
We ship to almost every country in the world, and shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees: delivery to remote areas, or during peak seasons and holidays, can take longer.
- United States and Canada: 10 to 18 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 10 to 18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 12 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12 to 25 business days
Where your order ships from
Our products are shipped directly from our production partners’ warehouses, which are mostly located in Asia. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking number in your shipping email on the carrier’s website. It can take 3 to 5 days for the first tracking update to appear.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your local customs office. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order has not arrived 40 business days after shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund your order.
Wrong shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
