Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Sycario shapewear. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund of the product price within 90 days of the day your order was delivered.
How to request a refund
- Email support@sycario.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note on why it did not work for you.
- We reply within 2 business days to confirm your refund.
Do I need to send the item back?
No. Shapewear is intimate apparel and we never resell returned items for hygiene reasons, so you do not need to send it back. You can keep, donate or recycle it.
When you receive your money
Once your refund is confirmed, we send it to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Wrong size or colour
If the size or colour is not right, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will send you a different size or colour free of charge. We offer one free exchange per order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Limits
The guarantee applies to orders placed on sycario.com and covers the price you paid for the products. It is limited to one refund per customer for the same product.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. It does not limit those rights.
