How we handle feedback
We moderate submissions for authentic experience, spam, privacy and safety. Customers with a matching Sycario order can review the product. Every honest rating is welcome, including negative feedback. Eligible purchasers are offered a 15% coupon after an approved review, regardless of its rating. If you participate in the reward program, please disclose in your review that Sycario offered you a coupon. We do not change ratings to make them more favorable.
